2. NATURE OF SERVICES
Academic Pro Marks provides educational SAMPLE MATERIALS ONLY designed exclusively for: study, research, reference, and academic guidance.
⚠️ Important: Our Products must NOT be submitted as original academic work. The Student bears full responsibility for misuse.
3. ORDER PLACEMENT
Orders may be placed by submitting an individual order request form or using the price calculator on the homepage for an estimated quote.
4. WORD COUNT & PRICING STRUCTURE
All prices are calculated based on word count. The website offers separate selectable units for: 1000 words, 500 words, and 250 words. [cite_start]When proceeding to payment, the Student must select and combine the available word units so that the total selected word count accurately matches the submitted brief (e.g., for 2750 words, select two 1000-word units, one 500-word unit, and one 250-word unit) [cite: 16-20].
5. ORDER VERIFICATION
Within 48 hours of placing an order, Academic Pro Marks reviews the submitted brief and selected word count. If discrepancies are identified, a staff member will contact the Student. Once confirmed, the Student will receive an official notification that the order has entered production.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required before production begins. There is no internal balance or credit system.
7. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
7.1 48-Hour Window: Students may cancel their order within 48 hours provided they have NOT received the official “work started” confirmation email.
7.2 Partial Refund: If cancellation is approved within this window, 75% of the paid amount will be refunded. 25% is retained as administrative costs.
7.3 Work Started: Once confirmation of production has been sent, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
7.4 Duplicate Payments: If two identical payments are made, one will be refunded in full within 21 business days.
8. DELIVERY
The Student selects the delivery timeframe when placing the order. The delivery date must be scheduled at least three (3) weeks before the intended submission date to allow sufficient time for review and revisions. Academic Pro Marks is not responsible for issues arising from delivery dates that do not allow sufficient review time.
9. REVISIONS
Free revisions are available for 14 days. Revisions must follow the original brief; additional changes may incur fees.
10. OWNERSHIP & LICENSE
Academic Pro Marks retains full copyright ownership. The Student is granted a non-transferable, non-commercial, personal license for educational reference use only.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Academic Pro Marks is not responsible for academic penalties, misuse of materials, or indirect/consequential damages.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber incidents, power failures, or pandemics.
13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating any chargeback or legal action, the Student agrees to contact info@academicpromarks.co.uk. We will respond within 7 business days.
14. GDPR & PRIVACY
We collect name, email, phone, IP, and order details based on contract performance and consent. Data is retained for up to 5 years.
15. AGE REQUIREMENT
Services are available only to persons aged 18+.
16. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
17. AMENDMENTS
Academic Pro Marks may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
